A client wanted to build a website to manage and assign workers to customers. He had tried to get this done with other developers over the years with no success. I was able to translate his poorly formed requirements — perhaps previously other developers could not. That I cannot say for sure, but without making his requirements sensible, I know why he has struggled to get this project moving.
